Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Luxury Home Owner Liaison to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between homeowners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services.
• Foster strong, professional relationships with homeowners, anticipating needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure properties are maintained to luxury standards.
• Provide financial and operational insights to homeowners, collaborating with the Revenue Department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and preserve property value.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience, preferably in luxury vacation rentals or high‑end hospitality.
• Experience with high‑net‑worth clientele and delivering white‑glove service.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
• Tech‑savvy with knowledge of MS Office and property management software.
• Strong time management, organization, and adaptability.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and navigate varied terrain.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
  • Extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting during inspections and meetings.

Compensation, Benefits, & Schedule

Annual Salary: $56,000 - $65,000
