Natural Retreats in Santa Rosa Beach, FL seeks a Guest Experience Agent to support Reservations, Guest Services and Concierge duties. This hybrid role requires two days per week at the 360 Blue office and emphasizes anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized service.

Under the Guest Experience Manager, you will adapt to seasonal changes, handle diverse guest inquiries, and contribute to memorable stays across NR destinations with a focus on exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening.
• Must be computer savvy and able to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize opportunities to generate incremental revenue through ancillary products and services.
• Provide amazing customer service from arrival through departure with personalized service.
• Serve as liaison between guest and on-site team to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Record essential guest information accurately in NR systems.
• Manage guest communications via phone, email, text, web chat, and partner portals.
