Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-end account management, customer success, or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple properties and vendors.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor services (landscaping, pool, HVAC, storm prep).
• Conduct regular property inspections and document condition.
• Provide regular status reports to clients and management.
• Maintain organized digital records for each property and vendor contracts.
• Assist with storm prep, maintenance planning, and after-hours support.
