Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking a Part‑Time Concierge for The Kingsley, our new luxury property in South Plainfield, NJ. You will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, delivering exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk and greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide community and amenity information, assist residents with key/gate card requests, and facilitate inquiries.
• Assist with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding residents on self-submission.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to provide recommendations for local dining and entertainment options.
• Engage with residents and prospective residents to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Support event planning and execution for resident gatherings and celebrations.
• Manage the package room with accurate acceptance and notifications.
• Prepare leasing materials and ensure model/vacant units are tour-ready.
• Handle opening/closing procedures for the leasing office.
• Route calls, schedule tours, and assist with inquiries; provide admin support to the Property Manager.
• Oversee weekly Sunday breakfast setup and cleanup.
• Regularly update social media platforms with lifestyle content.
