Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Basic understanding of maintenance coordination and lease management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk and greet residents, guests, and contractors.
• Support in planning and executing resident events.
• Manage package room for accurate acceptance and distribution.
• Assist with calls, scheduling tours, and general inquiries.
• Regularly update community's social media platforms.
