Job summary

Restoration Hardware is seeking a Project Coordinator to support RH Interior Design clients and designers in delivering luxury design experiences. This role focuses on coordinating project phases, site visits, documentation, and client liaison from concept through delivery and installation.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and adept at communicating with cross-functional teams to uphold RH standards and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating concurrent interior design projects in a design firm, showroom, or luxury retail setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication to serve clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage client expectations across design phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for RH Interior Design clientele.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation.
• Coordinate initial phases of interior design projects, including consultations and site visits with RH Interior Designers.
• Serve as primary client liaison after design project completion, from order placement to delivery and installation.
• Communicate and work with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure project schedules and timelines are met.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry.
• Support the visual and Quality standards within the Gallery.
