Job summary

PS is seeking a Control Room Associate for the DFW terminal to coordinate daily operations, balance multiple tasks, and provide leadership to the Member and Operations Associates team. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage relationships with TSA, CBP, airline carriers, and vendors.

It is a full-time onsite position with flexible weekend availability and requirement to work across a 24-hour facility.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Airport experience is preferred.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily operations information for PS.
• Coordinate successful execution of planned and unplanned operations.
• Coordinate reservation-related tasks with ATL Airline Carriers.
• Manage PS Terminal relationships with TSA, CBP, and others.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when required.
• Coach and deliver feedback for developmental purposes.
• Be approachable and foster trust and respect.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, partners, and PS departments.
• Perform other duties as needed by leadership.
