Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of event management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing large-scale buyouts and private dining.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of event planning from concept through post-event evaluation.
• Prepare event timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and operational briefs.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef, Culinary, Beverage, FOH Operations, and vendors for flawless execution.
• Serve as on-site producer for private events and buyouts, ensuring guests have an intentional experience.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Oversee bookings, site tours, proposals, floor plans, and logistics.
