Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant service experience in luxury or fine-dining is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional member service and exceed expectations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, table settings, wine service, and menu knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with members and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality dining experiences.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to the F&B sequence of service for a seamless dining experience.
• Prepare tables with sanitation and presentation in mind.
• Present menus and guide members and guests with pairing suggestions.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and workstation.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown.
• Ensure table settings and service standards throughout the meal.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Resolve issues or complaints promptly and discreetly.
