As the Membership Coordinator, you will manage the membership database, provide personalized services, and coordinate member programming. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years in luxury hospitality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or high-touch client services.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a passion for service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with event planning or member programming.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Club's membership database and ensure accuracy of records.
• Deliver highly personalized service as a primary point of contact for members.
• Coordinate the full membership journey from nominations to onboarding.
• Assist in developing exclusive programming and events for members.
