Job summary

Louis Vuitton's Michigan Avenue flagship seeks a highly organized Part-Time Private Ambassador Assistant to support the Private Ambassador and deliver first-class service to VIP clients. You will help manage appointments, correspondences, and events while ensuring brand standards and smooth store operations.

Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred, and candidates should have strong administrative skills, confidentiality, and a proactive, agile mindset to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in an administrative capacity.
• Outstanding organizational skills in oral and written communications.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• High integrity and confidentiality; able to troubleshoot when needed.
• Positive demeanor with client relationship building and an innovative spirit.
• Proactive, agile, organized, presentable and detail-minded.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support in a fast-paced environment to retail Ambassador team.
• Coordinate and lead daily prioritization, scheduling, client appointments, oversee client orders, and travel plans.
• Liaise, collaborate, and ensure smooth execution with internal and external parties for business-related issues.
• Prepare client communication, elevated appointments/gestures, metric reports and meeting minutes.
• Engage in any ad-hoc assignments.
