Louis Vuitton's Michigan Avenue flagship seeks a highly organized Part-Time Private Ambassador Assistant to support the Private Ambassador and deliver first-class service to VIP clients. You will help manage appointments, correspondences, and events while ensuring brand standards and smooth store operations.

Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred, and candidates should have strong administrative skills, confidentiality, and a proactive, agile mindset to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail

• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

• Liaise, collaborate, and ensure smooth execution with internal and external parties for business-related issues.
• Prepare client communication, elevated appointments/gestures, metric reports and meeting minutes.
• Engage in any ad-hoc assignments.

Job description

The Louis Vuitton Michigan Avenue flagship boutique is seeking a highly organized, agile, and innovative Part-Time Private Ambassador Assistant to join the team.

This individual will assist our Private Ambassador by providing outstanding, first-in-class service to VIP clients, on behalf of the Private Ambassador, in conjunction with ensuring all processes are completed efficiently in line with the standards of the brand. You will ensure smooth operations to enable the store team to enhance their time spent with Clients and deliver stellar service. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

Job responsibilities

• Provide effective support in a fast-paced environment to retail Ambassador team.
• Coordinate and lead daily prioritization, scheduling, client appointments, oversee client orders, and travel plans, etc.

Profile

• Have at least 2 years or more solid working experience in an administrative capacity.
• Maintain outstanding organizational skills in both oral and written communications.
• Be proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Experience with X-Store is ideal.
• Possess high integrity and respect confidentiality and be able to maintain composure and activate troubleshooting strategies when needed.
• Have a positive demeanor, client relationship building skills, and an innovative spirit.
• Be proactive, agile, organized, presentable and detail minded.
