Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Hills is seeking a PR & Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Public Relations and Sales Managers. In this hourly role, you will handle admin tasks, maintain Brand storytelling across channels, and ensure accuracy in all guest-facing materials.

The role requires proficiency with MS Office, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a luxury environment. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales and Marketing Admin support including PowerPoint, collateral, and contracts.
• Assist with signage, email campaigns, and collateral for brand alignment.
• Update websites and external pages to reflect hotel positioning.
• Review collateral for grammar and luxury-standard conformance.
• Field inquiries and coordinate with Reservations, Front Office and other teams.
