• Confirm guest registration and eligibility prior to issuing access to pool, fitness facilities and resort property.
• Greet guests warmly and provide clear guidance on facility usage, hours, and policies.
• Process retail sales and maintain a neat reception area and lobby.
• Support fitness/pool operations and coordination of guest experiences as needed.
