Job summary

The Charleston Place is seeking a Concierge for the Pool & Health Club to serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a polished, Forbes Five Star aligned experience. This role focuses on guest-facing service, access control, and accurate retail transactions, with heavy emphasis on hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding facility usage, handling requests, and supporting wellness programming and booking coordination while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred, including reception, fitness, recreation, or guest services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and assist with access to pool, fitness facilities, and resort property.
• Process retail sales and postings at the reception desk and monitor inventory to minimize loss.
• Provide light operational support to attendants, assist with wellness programming, and coordinate fitness/pool appointments when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and adjacent guest areas; communicate with other guest-facing departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
