Job summary

The Loren at Lady Bird Lake, Austin, seeks a Nido Server to provide luxury service and drinks per Loren standards. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a warm, attentive dining experience in a premier environment by Lady Bird Lake.

Applicants should have 1+ year restaurant experience, fluency in English, and carry/obtain TABC and Food Handler certifications. This on-site role offers full-time hours and generous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• TABC Certification is required.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• 1+ year restaurant service experience is preferred.
• Hotel luxury experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes food and drink orders, serving with luxury service as per Loren standards.
• Remains attentive and maintains service standards at all times.
• Performs opening/closing side work, restocking, and cleaning duties.
• Memorizes menu items and daily specials to assist guests and make recommendations.
• Presents a clean, professional appearance and maintains a friendly demeanor.
