Job summary

The Loren at Lady Bird Lake is seeking a Nido Server to deliver luxury service and hospitality to guests at our Austin property. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining a pristine dining environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year restaurant experience, luxury hotel exposure preferred, and possess TABC and Food Handler certifications. We offer a premium work setting with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles and restaurant operations.
• Must know standard cash-handling procedures.
• Must memorize menu items, recipes and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Must be able to balance and carry trays and operate a POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service to guests and take food and drink orders.
• Greet guests, take orders, serve, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining spaces.
• Ensure accurate guest checks and payment methods to safeguard guests and the company.
• Attend pre‑meal and departmental meetings to stay informed about products and services.
