Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Dorado Beach is seeking a Hotel/Restaurant Management professional to oversee daily restaurant operations, room service, and pool/Beach services when applicable, while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and sanitation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include menu planning support, staff development, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing costs, and training, with opportunities for relocation support and visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
• Leads and develops staff; ensures compliance with food & beverage policies, standards, and local liquor laws; maintains open relationships with employees and higher management.
• Delivers exceptional guest service, handles guest feedback, and optimizes service delivery from greeting to departure.

Education
