Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Retail Personal Stylist in Aspen, CO to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for high-value clients, both in-store and virtually, while consistently driving revenue and key performance indicators.

You will build and manage a high-value client book, stay current on new arrivals and brand initiatives, and collaborate closely with Buying and Merchandising to tailor recommendations. Excellent styling skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in sales or styling in luxury fashion.
• 3+ years Retail experience; management a plus.
• Experience in brick-and-mortar and/or ecommerce.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results in line with growth targets in a sales-driven environment.
• Build, manage, and grow a high-value client book through outreach and service.
• Develop deep understanding of clients to inform tailored recommendations.
• Identify and prioritize sales opportunities; drive conversion and retention.
• Increase client lifetime value through styling and wardrobe building.
• Collaborate with Buying/Merchandising to provide feedback on product and assortment.
• Acquire new clients and re-engage lapsed clients with brand-aligned outreach.
• Analyze client data for trends and opportunities; provide regular updates.
