REVOLVE is seeking a Retail Personal Stylist in Aspen, CO for a full-time role focused on contemporary and luxury fashion. You will work with Revolve and FWRD’s top clients in-person and virtually, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while achieving revenue targets.

The position emphasizes building a high-value client book, delivering tailored recommendations, and collaborating with Buying/M merchandising to stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum sales or styling experience in contemporary & luxury clothing.
• 3+ years retail experience; management a plus.
• Experience in brick and mortar and/or ecommerce.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; Gmail skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results in line with growth targets in a sales-driven environment.
• Build and grow a high-value client book through outreach and personalized service.
• Develop deep understanding of each client through purchase history and preferences to inform tailored recommendations.
• Identify and prioritize sales opportunities; drive conversion and retention.
• Increase client lifetime value through styling and wardrobe building.
• Partner with Buying and Merchandising to provide feedback on product performance.
• Acquire new clients and re-engage lapsed clients through elevated outreach.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance updates.
• Stay current on new arrivals and brand initiatives.
