REVOLVE is seeking a Retail Personal Stylist to work with premium clients in person and virtually, delivering a superior shopping experience and driving revenue for REVOLVE and FWRD. The role emphasizes in-depth fashion knowledge, relationship-building, and a proactive, data-driven approach to styling.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in luxury styling or sales, be highly versatile across online and in-store environments, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum sales or styling in contemporary & luxury clothing
• 3+ years retail experience; management a plus
• Experience in brick & mortar and/or ecommerce
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client book
• Strong computer literacy including Excel and PowerPoint; Gmail proficiency

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results in line with growth targets in a highly sales-driven environment
• Develop and manage a high-value client book through proactive outreach
• Provide tailored recommendations based on client history, preferences, and behavior
• Identify opportunities to drive conversion, retention, and lifetime value
• Collaborate with Buying/Merchandising to feedback product performance and demand
