Leap is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our boutique in South Lake. You will deliver an elevated in-store experience, engage customers with personalized recommendations, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining brand standards.

The role may include opening/closing duties and potential keyholder responsibilities. Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work peak periods and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with understanding of premium accessories and service expectations of high-end clientele.
• Availability: flexible including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Support store sales goals with proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Maintain a ready store environment with visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipments, and daily operational priorities.
• Open/close procedures and keyholder responsibilities as needed.
