Qualifications

• Background in retail, luxury or high‑touch client facing roles with premium service
• Willingness to meet business needs, including flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction and build lasting brand connections
• Comfort with store operations, visual standards and potential keyholder duties
