Job summary

Comstock Companies is seeking a Residential Property Manager to lead an onsite team at a luxury high-rise in Loudoun Station, VA. You will drive leasing, occupancy, and financial results while training staff to deliver best-in-class service that aligns with our brand.

You will oversee the lease-up process, coordinate with Marketing, and manage operations, budgets, and compliance for a premium property managed with integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years in property management, 2+ years supervising a team.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and variance reporting.
• Familiarity with federal fair housing and state/local laws.
• Experience with Yardi or RealPage and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team to achieve leasing, occupancy, and financial goals.
• Oversee lease-up processes and ensure exceptional resident experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing on brand-aligned strategies and events.
• Manage daily leasing activity, pricing, concessions, and market analysis.
• Prepare annual business plans and assist in monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee maintenance to match luxury standards and coord. with construction.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
