Job summary

The Waterford Association, located in Englewood, CO, seeks an On-Site Property Manager to lead a 116-unit luxury community and oversee resident services, operations, and onsite staff. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will coordinate with the Board and manage vendor performance, maintenance, and financials to ensure top-tier service.

Starting immediately with a schedule Monday–Friday and some after-hours needs, the role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in property management or residential operations.
• Experience leading staff and coordinating vendors in service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a 116-unit luxury community.
• Support front desk staff and onsite engineering with coaching and training.
• Oversee building operations, preventive maintenance, and safety concerns.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, purchasing, and invoices.
• Review monthly financials with Accounting and report to Board.
