Job summary

CLT Recruiters seeks an experienced Site Superintendent for luxury residential projects in NYC, based in Long Island City. You will oversee all trades, drive the schedule, and coordinate inspections.

Requirements: ten years of NYC site supervision (five on luxury work), solo-run experience, NYC approvals fluency, SST safety card.

Compensation: $120,000–$170,000 per year. Benefits include medical, 401(k) match, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ten years of New York City site supervision experience, ideally five on luxury residential.
• You have run a job on your own, not as a second-in-command.
• Fluent with NYC building approvals, inspections and co-op/condo board requirements.
• Current safety credentials, including an SST card.
• Direct and credible with subcontractors, and calm in front of homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of all trades on site, day to day.
• Hold the site schedule and drive the sequence.
• Run safety, site logistics and building access.
• Enforce the quality standard, and catch problems before they become rework.
• Coordinate inspections and sign-offs.
• Keep daily reports and photographic records.
• Manage punch list and closeout.
