Job summary

Source One Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Willowbrook, Chicago, IL. You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless coordination between hospitality, performance, and technical production.

The role oversees guest experience, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, while managing budgets, financial reporting and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, nightlife, or experiential entertainment operations.
• Strong leadership, including team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Operational excellence in scheduling, inventory control, vendor coordination, health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial management skills: budgeting, forecasting, cost control; familiarity with POS and reservation systems.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle high-profile clientele.
• Experience with pre-opening or new concept launches, including hiring and training.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities
