Job summary

The Inn & Club at Harbour Town at The Sea Pines Resort seeks a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and complete daily financial reconciliation, while delivering a luxury guest experience. You will be the primary overnight contact, manage arrivals/departures, and support the transition to day shift, including continental breakfast setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of overnight/front desk or night audit experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.
• Strong front office, cash handling, and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile guest accounts, room revenue, cash transactions, and daily activity.
• Generate and distribute end-of-day reports to leadership and departments.
• Serve as primary overnight front desk representative delivering professional guest service.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, billing inquiries, and payments.
• Assist with early morning departures and day-shift transition setup.
• Set up and replenish the continental breakfast per standards.
• Maintain records and logs for management and front office teams.
• Ensure safety, security, and luxury service in overnight hours.
