Harmoniq Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee The Yards and The Quin in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point. You will lead leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and maintenance coordination to achieve occupancy and financial goals while upholding Fair Housing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong understanding of leasing, resident relations, and property operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and industry best practices.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and operating expenses.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of The Yards and The Quin.
• Drive leasing activity and occupancy goals while supporting the leasing team.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and manage tenant relations.
• Prepare and monitor property budgets; review monthly financial reports.
• Lead onsite staff and coordinate maintenance and preventative work orders.
• Establish strong vendor relationships and oversee capital improvement projects.
