Job summary

Harmoniq Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent to deliver exceptional resident experiences at a premier Milwaukee area community. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, handle inquiries, and guide the leasing process from contact to move-in.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with Tuesday–Saturday shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or leasing preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
• Positive service-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management platforms.
• Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
