Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a luxury multifamily community in San Antonio. You will build a high-performing team focused on sales and service, while managing owner relationships and resident satisfaction.

Strong leadership and P&L oversight are essential, with a preference for those with Downtown San Antonio property experience. The role requires 3+ years in property management, 3+ years of hiring and coaching, and a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s
• A college degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing property management team specializing in sales and service.
• Train and develop staff on salesmanship and operating best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with maintenance teams to ensure top-tier property presentations.
• Be responsive to resident and owner needs, including after-hours when required.
• Coordinate across locations to support coverage and operations.
• Engage with owners to discuss performance, conduct tours, and address requests.
• Address resident concerns promptly and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure evictions follow proper procedures and represent the community in court when needed.
• Participate in daily huddles to align on goals and celebrate success.
• Assist in budgeting and marketing analyses to support occupancy and revenue targets.
