Job summary

ResProp Management seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead multifamily communities. You will drive revenue growth, manage operating budgets, and supervise a team focused on sales, service, and maintenance excellence across properties.

You’ll engage with owners, conduct tours, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining high property standards. The ideal candidate will have strong P&L experience, at least 3 years in property management, and a track record of coaching and developing

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on sales and operational best practices.
• Build relationships with maintenance to keep property in top condition.
• Be accessible to residents and owners, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Oversee client/owner relationships through meetings and tours.
• Drive resident satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Manage evictions following legal requirements.
• Lead daily huddles to align on goals and wins.
• Develop budgets and marketing/operating plans for the property.
