Job summary

Vichara Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties across multiple locations, including houses, villas, vacation homes, and short-term rental properties.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, manage vendors, coordinate services, and ensure inspections and guest readiness across sites in New York, Florida (Tampa), Puerto Rico, and other locations with frequent travel. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• High-end residential portfolio management experience including luxury homes, villas or serviced properties.
• Experience coordinating multi-location properties across different cities/states.
• Strong vendor management, facilities coordination, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties across locations.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
• Manage guest readiness for short-term rentals and ensure high standards.
• Track expenses, obtain quotations, and approve vendor work within guidelines.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain checklists per location.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage owner/management/guest information.
