Qualifications

• High-end residences or multi-property residential portfolio experience.
• Willing to travel frequently between locations.
• Strong vendor-management and facilities-management skills.
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple issues simultaneously.
• Practical and hands-on; willing to inspect properties personally.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and upkeep of multiple residential properties across locations.
• Oversee houses, villas, vacation properties, and short-term rental/BNB properties.
• Coordinate housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance, repairs, pest control, pool services, utilities, security, and other services.
• Identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Supervise local vendors, contractors, housekeepers, handymen, and other service providers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and track expenses.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain checklists for each location.
• Prepare properties before arrivals of owners, management, or guests.
