Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise operations, from processing and placement to fulfilling customer orders across our luxury retail environment. You will partner with the Merchandise Operations Team to maintain presentation standards and deliver outstanding service.

This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, comfort with technology (RF guns, Excel, iOS), and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation on selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation.
• Assist in store projects including replenishment and floor recovery.
• Locate requested merchandise and fulfill customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs.
