Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment on the selling floor. You will ensure adherence to display standards and participate in replenishment and floor recovery tasks.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, solid computer skills, and a flexible schedule. Customer service mindset and ability to drive a company vehicle as needed are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS, Excel/Word, proprietary platforms).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation on selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation.
• Participate in store projects including replenishment and floor recovery.
• Locate requested merchandise and fulfill customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs.
• handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
