Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group, parent of Saks Fifth Avenue, seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. You will lift, stock, and present merchandise, drive accurate order fulfillment, and uphold visual standards across the selling floor.

You will collaborate with the Merchandise Operations Team to ensure timely replenishment, superior customer service, and flexible scheduling to meet business needs in a busy luxury retail

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS, Excel/Word, proprietary platforms).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs.
• Possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license as required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation per Visual standards.
• Participate in other store projects, including fill-in of merchandise and shelf replenishment.
• Locate requested merchandise within the store and fulfill customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customers' needs promptly.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed by store operations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise.
• Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards.
