Job summary

We are partnering with a prestigious international luxury menswear house to hire a Client Advisor for its Washington, DC boutique. You will build lasting relationships with new and existing clients while delivering a highly personalized shopping experience and representing the house with professionalism.

This role focuses on discretion, attention to detail, and cultivating long-term client relationships rather than just transactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury retail or high-touch client environments.
Strong clienteling and elevated customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Polished, professional presentation with discretion.

Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience from initial introduction through follow-up.
Develop and maintain a strong client book through thoughtful outreach and appointments.
Drive boutique sales through product knowledge and clienteling.
Understand clients' wardrobes and lifestyles to provide tailored recommendations.
Maintain high standards of presentation, grooming, and professionalism.
Support visual merchandising to reflect luxury standards in the boutique.
Collaborate with a small team to create an exceptional client experience.
Develop knowledge of luxury menswear, craftsmanship, fabrics, and product.
