Job summary

Aquent's client in the luxury apparel space is seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to own marketplace and dropship operations across premier online channels, driving visibility and sales while upholding luxury brand standards. You will optimize listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in e-commerce, dropship, or digital marketplace account management.
• Direct experience managing major department store e-commerce accounts.
• Proficiency with marketplace integration software and vendor portals.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and performance of marketplace accounts and dropship partners.
• Drive channel strategies by monitoring metrics and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Ensure initiatives are executed on time and aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead promotional opportunities across digital partners and campaigns.
• Verify pricing, product participation, and timing meet retailer requirements.
• Monitor campaign ROI and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Monitor inventory to maximize sell-through and performance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve stock/shipping issues.
• Ensure accurate product listings across digital partners and luxury standards.
• Conduct audits of PDPs, pricing, and content for consistency.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve listing suppressions and SLAs.
• Implement pricing strategies in line with profitability goals and guidelines.
• Monitor MAP compliance and margin performance; address pricing conflicts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute marketplace initiatives.
• Drive project timelines and clear cross-functional priorities.
• Provide updates on performance, launches, and operational developments.
• Track and report performance daily, weekly, monthly across channels.
• Analyze sell-through, inventory, returns, margins and trends to identify growth or risk.
• Prepare executive recaps with recommendations for pricing, inventory, and promotions.
