Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operations and performance of marketplace accounts and dropship partners.

  • Monitor MAP compliance and margin performance; address pricing conflicts.

  • Provide updates on performance, launches, and operational developments.
  • Track and report performance daily, weekly, monthly across channels.

What You Will Do
  • Own the day-to-day operations and performance of assigned marketplace and dropship accounts, cultivating robust strategic relationships with retail partners.
  • Drive the execution of channel strategies by meticulously monitoring business metrics, identifying new expansion opportunities, and championing operational excellence across internal teams.
  • Ensure all account initiatives are precisely executed, delivered on time, and perfectly aligned with ambitious company growth objectives.
  • Lead and orchestrate promotional opportunities across all digital partners, including seasonal events, retailer-specific promotions, and platform-centric campaigns.
  • Verify that promotional pricing, product participation, and timing consistently meet stringent retailer requirements.
  • Rigorously monitor campaign performance, meticulously evaluate ROI, and deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Proactively monitor inventory availability across all assigned accounts to maximize sell-through and drive superior sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Operations, and Customer Service teams to preemptively resolve inventory, fulfillment, and shipping challenges before they impact account performance.
  • Ensure crystal-clear communication of stock positioning and guarantee timely order processing for a seamless customer experience.
  • Guarantee that product listings across all digital partners are accurate, complete, and meticulously aligned with luxury brand standards and retailer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of product content, imagery, pricing, attributes, and Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for absolute consistency and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and retail partners to swiftly resolve listing suppressions, update content, and maintain strict adherence to partner Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement pricing strategies across assigned accounts in accordance with company profitability goals and retailer guidelines.
  • Monitor pricing accuracy, MAP compliance, and margin performance, proactively identifying and addressing any unauthorized pricing issues or discrepancies.
  • Partner with leadership to strategically resolve complex pricing conflicts.
  • Collaborate effectively with Planning, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT to ensure the seamless execution of key marketplace and dropship initiatives.
  • Drive project timelines, clearly communicate cross-functional priorities, and proactively resolve operational issues to maintain momentum.
  • Provide consistent, detailed updates on account performance, brand launches, and critical operational developments to key internal stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly account performance across assigned digital channels.
  • Evaluate key metrics including sell-through rates, inventory turn, returns, margins, and category trends to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential risk areas.
  • Prepare compelling executive business recaps featuring actionable recommendations to empower leadership in optimizing pricing, inventory allocation, and promotional strategies.
Must-Have Qualifications
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in e-commerce, dropship, or digital marketplace account management, with a preference for the apparel, fashion, beauty, or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated, proven accountability for driving channel growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Direct experience managing major department store e‑commerce accounts, coupled with a strong understanding of marketplace platforms and dropship fulfillment channels.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with marketplace integration software and vendor portals such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), CommerceHub, Logicbroker, Mirakl, or direct retailer seller portals.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex data manipulation, along with overall proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a proven track record of tracking sell‑through, inventory levels, returns, and margin metrics to deliver strategic, data‑backed business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and maintain professional retailer partnerships.
  • Comfortable and adept at presenting business performance updates and strategic growth recommendations directly to leadership.
  • Practical experience resolving daily account friction, including fixing catalog listing errors, resolving suppressed/deactivated listings, monitoring MAP compliance, and preserving luxury brand positioning across multi‑brand digital channels.

  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
