You will own day-to-day management of marketplace and dropship accounts, optimize product visibility, and build strategic relationships with premier online retailers. Expect data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5+ years in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience managing major department store accounts.
• Proficient with marketplace tools and seller portals.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of marketplace accounts and dropship partners.
• Monitor metrics, identify expansion opportunities, drive operational excellence.
• Ensure initiatives align with growth objectives and are on time.
• Lead promotional opportunities across digital partners and campaigns.
• Monitor pricing, inventory, and catalogue listings for luxury standards.
• Provide regular updates on performance to leadership.
