The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives led by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership. Responsibilities include assembling, project managing, and producing marketing assets for program growth and promotion, such as communication assets, presentations, and marketing plans.

This role ensures the company's brand image aligns with the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program and supports multiple offices, focusing on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
• Drive Program Engagement: Promote the luxury program, communicate its benefits, and support agent engagement and success stories.
• Support to Agents: Collaborate with top agents and teams to support their marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and track project activities. Document communications and report bi-weekly.
• Support to Leadership: Serve as a marketing liaison, assist in VIP and business development opportunities, and support agent retention efforts.
• Leverage Resources: Work with National Marketing Studio and Design Concierge to produce creative materials and campaigns, ensuring cohesion across regions.
• Awareness & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, participate in company calls, and support event marketing and recognitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work from home effectively
• Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills
• Project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (2+ years)
• Experience in real estate industry a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design software (InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud)
