Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a dedicated Make Ready Technician to prepare luxury apartments in Miami for new residents. You will inspect vacated units, perform repairs, and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure clean, ready-to-occupy spaces.

The role requires hands-on experience in painting, drywall, basic electrical, and plumbing, plus on-call availability during evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance and Repair (Painting, Drywall, Basic Electrical, and Plumbing)
• On-call availability for evening and weekend rotations
• Valid driver’s license for on-call work
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists to make-ready.
• Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, curtains, and more.
• Test faucets and drains; repair or replace as needed.
• Perform exterior repairs and assist with painting and drywall work.
• Make new keys; replace vacancy lock on move-in day.
• Collaborate with maintenance team for cleaning and grounds-keeping duties.
