Job summary

Partow, a New York based luxury ready-to-wear brand, is seeking an Operations and Logistics Manager in NYC. The role oversees logistics, supply chain, and inventory for both DTC and wholesale channels, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and premium customer experiences.

You will manage production calendars, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration across design, production, and finance. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in operations or supply chain within fashion or consumer goods,

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain (fashion, apparel, or consumer goods strongly preferred).
• Experience working within a scaling brand.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, international shipping, and production workflows.
• Proven ability to build and improve operational systems and manage budgets.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operations: logistics, inventory, and production coordination.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics domestically and internationally; manage wholesale fulfillment.
• Maintain production calendars and ensure on-time execution with manufacturers.
• Oversee warehousing, packing, and distribution; ensure luxury packaging standards.
