Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Frisco, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join an extraordinary leasing team and deliver luxury living experiences. You will manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities and help residents find the best place to call home.

The role requires 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, a high school diploma, strong communication, proficiency with property management software and MS Office, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized tours and help residents find the best floorplan and neighborhood.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and follow through on leads.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and a sense of community.
• Ensure weekend availability, including Saturdays, to accommodate prospects.
