Job summary

Stein Collection, an exclusive luxury resort group in Park City, Utah, seeks a seasoned Leisure Sales Manager to drive revenue from luxury travel advisors, tour operators, and consortia, positioning the resort as a premier destination for affluent travelers.

You will build strategic partnerships, attend industry shows, negotiate rates, and collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to craft bespoke offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Existing robust network of luxury leisure accounts and key agency contacts.
• 2+ years of leisure sales experience in luxury hospitality; travel industry focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop leisure sales strategies to grow revenue from key markets (domestic and international).
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel advisors, wholesale accounts, and consortia.
• Represent the resort at trade shows and events; conduct sales calls and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to create bespoke offers for luxury travelers.
• Manage rate negotiations, RFPs, and contracting for leisure accounts.
