Vivmark Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Simi Valley, CA. You will manage daily leasing operations, conduct tailored tours, and guide prospective residents from inquiry to application, emphasizing exceptional service and timely follow-up.

This role requires 40 hours per week, including Saturdays. You will work with a team to create a welcoming community experience and meet leasing targets while showcasing our luxury living standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily leasing operations and show apartments.
• Create tailored tours and recommend floorplans.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects.
• Support weekends with higher traffic and tours.
