Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities in Glendora, California. You will lead tours, present floorplan options, and highlight neighborhood amenities to convert leads into residents.

Strong customer service, sales mindset, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is expected, with weekend hours required to support peak leasing periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience preferred in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents.
• Conduct tours and recommend floorplans and community features.
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive leasing performance.
• Maintain follow-through with leads and updates on availability.
• Aim to create a welcoming, engaging resident experience.
• Weekend availability is required to meet peak traffic.
