Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities. You will guide prospective residents through tours, present floorplans, and promote the luxury living experience we offer.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales outreach, and the ability to work Saturdays. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years leasing or customer service experience and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customized tours tailored to individual preferences, including floorplan explanations.
• Lead the leasing process from inquiry to move-in and follow up on every lead.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help build a welcoming community for new residents.
• Support weekend leasing activity and events to maximize showroom traffic and conversions.
