Hanover Company in Burlingame, CA is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for Hanover Burlingame, a mid-rise community with luxury living and easy access to Highway 101, BART, and Caltrain.

The role involves managing property operations at the site, handling advertising and leasing duties, delinquency management, renewals, events, and resident relations, with quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and forecast all advertising materials with the Property Manager’s direction.
• Acquire knowledge of the property, market conditions, and competition’s rental rates.
• Establish relationships with major corporations and local businesses to stay competitive.
• Learn Rental Application, Lease, Rules and Regulations, and related documents.
• Perform general leasing duties and ensure all activity is recorded in the dashboard.
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and inspection compliance.
• Monitor delinquency and posting income within 24 hours; prepare notices.
• Coordinate renewals, transfers, or move-outs and maintain a renewal plan.
• Maintain resident relations programs and social media content.
• Meet expectations for secret shops and assist with team compliance.
• Participate monthly in the 10 Ways to Play Like a Champion Awards Program.
• Review inquiries from the Global Service and Support Team to improve operations.
• Adhere to reporting schedule to meet Management and Equity Partner requirements.
• Take over Property Manager’s responsibilities when unavailable.
• Perform duties to ensure property operates efficiently and economically.
• Represent property and Hanover professionally; respond to emails timely.
• Any additional duties as assigned.
